Ingredients

    2 medium bananas
    2 dates, pitted
    1 tsp cacao/carob powder or nibs
    1/2 to 3/4 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen, defrosted)
    1/2 tsp cinnamon, or to taste
    dash nutmeg
