Blueberry Muffins

    1/2 cup Dixie Crystals Pure Cane Granulated Sugar

    1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Original Spread

    2 large eggs

    1 teaspoon McCormick pure vanilla extract

    1/2 cup Breakstone Triple Churned All Natural Sour Cream

    2 medium ripe bananas, mashed

    1 1/2 cups Jules Gluten Free All Purpose Flour

    1 teaspoon Arm and Hammer Baking Soda

    2 teaspoons Rumford baking powder

    1/2 teaspoon Morton iodized salt

    2 teaspoons McCormick ground cinnamon

    1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Description

These Muffins Are Sooooo Good. And They're Almost Healthy (well, At Least They're Gluten-free).
