    1 cup canned corn
    0.5 cup apple juice
    2 cup chopped onions
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup textured vegetable protein
    1 cup nutritional yeast
    3-4 Tbsp minced garlic
    2 tsp ground cumin
    4 tsp chili powder
    2 tsp brown sugar (or 1 Tbsp cocoa)
    1 Tbsp pepper
    0.25 cup canned chopped green chilis
    2+ Tbsp canned chipotle chili
