I Was Looking For A Way To Bump Up My Protein Intake And Sneak Some Veggies In.. Spices Are Really To Taste .. I Use A Rice Cooker And Just Let It Go... I Keep Hard Boiled Eggs Around So It's Easy To Add To Something Or Just Eat Alone.
