2 sprigs fresh Thyme
2 sprigs fresh Rosemary
3/4 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 cup Milk, 2%
1/4 cup Light Sour Cream
2 tbsp fresh Basil , chopped
