Ingredients

    10 tbsp of canola mayonaise, 10 tbsp of fat free Ranch dressing, 10 squirts of hot sauce, 1 avocado, 4 Vlasic Zesty Dill pickles, 4 roma tomatoes, 1 cup of diced onions, 4 cans of tuna, 2 boiled eggs, 2 cans of Herring Fillet, & 1 [12.5 oz] can of white chicken breast. Mix & spread unto 100% whole wheat bread. Add romaine lettuce to each sandwich.
