    2 1/2 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
    1 10oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1 tsp dried dill
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    2 tsp lemon zest
    2 eggs
    4oz feta cheese, crumbled
    2 cups whole wheat bread crumbs

    1 1/2 cups plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
    2 medium peppers, roasted, seeded, and peeled (or about 1 cup drained, roasted peppers from a jar)
    2 cloves of garlic
    1/4 cup chopped scallions
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp coriander
    1/2 tsp salt
