Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp allspice
1/2 cup corn meal
1 cup sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
4 tbsp oil
1/4 cup sweetener
egg replacer (equal to two eggs: 2tsp arrowroot 2tsp water)
1/2 cup sour vegan milk substitute (milk+1tbsp vinegar)
Description
Vegan Sweet Potato Cornbread, Add Some Clove, Allspice, More/less Sugar. I Experimented By Using Soy Flour To Up The Protien Content, And Used Only 1/3 Cup Sugar In Twice The Recipie. Came Out A Little Dry, I Suggest Adding Some More Milk Substitute.
