Ingredients
- 1 4 serving (3.4oz.). box Jell-o instant sugar-free pistachio pudding mix
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple,in juice, undrained
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cup Cool Whip Lite, thawed
Combine dry pudding mix, pineapple, marshmallows, and nuts in large bowl. Stir in Cool Whip. Regrigerate 1 hour.
Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
