    broccoli stalk, chopped
    Shrimp, 6-8oz
    red pepper, 1
    yellow pepper, 1
    zuchinni, 1/2-1 small
    red cabbage, 1c sliced
    Low sodium, black beans, 1 can rinsed
    Low sodium, chicken broth, 1c
    Spices to your liking...I used...cayenne pepper, cumin, garlic pepper, lemon pepper, Mrs. Dash onion and herb and apple cider vinegar
