- Take 4 grapes and cut into halves. Take 14 Walnut halves. Take 2 tbls Low Fat Yogurt and 1 cup of shredded lettuce. You can get these items from McDonald's if you are out and have no other options for an easy lunch. You would need to purchase a walnut salad, shredded lettuce and a tortilla wrap. All is available at McDonald's.
Open the tortilla and spread the yogurt on the tortilla. Cut the grapes in halves and spread on the tortilla. Sprinkle the walnut pieces on the yogurt and finally the shredded lettuce. Fold the wrap together and eat.
