Apple Pie

Ingredients

    Apple Pie --Low Gluten, No Sugar Added

    -- 6 cps peeled apples diced for consistent size.
    -- 6-8 packets of stevia. (to taste)
    -- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg,
    -- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    -- a pinch of cloves or all spice
    (You can also add a dash of vanilla or almond flavoring if you are so inclined.)
    -- 2-3 tablespoons wheat or rice flour. If you use rice flour you can add a teaspoon of almond meal. Both these ingredients add to the sweetness.
    --2 tablespoons real butter or one tablespoon real butter with 1 tablespoon extra light extra virgin olive oil.
    --I add a pinch of baking powder.

    For the crumb bottom and topping:

    ----abt 1 1/2 wax paper tubes of
    Reduced Fat Ritz Crackers
    ---abt 3 tbs. light butter
    ---8-12 artificial sweetener packets
