Ingredients

    Cook rice in a Rice cooker as per directions using all the following ingredients.

    Aromatic Basmati Rice, brown, uncooked, 2.25 cup ( 3 small cups full with rice cooker cup)
    Kirkland Whole Cashews (30gms), 3. servings.
    Raisins, 1 small box (1.5 oz)
    Saffron, .5 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Ghee, Clarified butter, 1 tbsp

    Spiced Chicken :
    Parampara brand Biryani mix, 4 serving Yogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Progresso Crushed Tomatoes with Puree, 0.25 cup
    Foster farms grilled strips, 16 oz

    Garnish:
    Trader Joe's Fried Onion, 4 tbsp

    Raita:

    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)
    Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Radishes, 5 large (1" to 1-1/4" dia) (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Hot Chili Peppers, 2 pepper (remove)
    Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 2 tbsp
    Onion raw, .5 cup chopped fine
