â¢Â¼ cup chopped cilantro
â¢Â½ to whole avocado
â¢Handful of raw sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds for garnish
Dressing
â¢2-3 tablespoons olive oil (use your discretion)
â¢Â½ lime, juiced
â¢1 teaspoon of ground chipotle pepper (best) or ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
â¢Dash of cumin
â¢1 teaspoon of course sea salt
â¢Ground pepper (optional)
Optional garnish
â¢Handful of fresh alfalfa or clover sprouts
