Spinach Pizza

Ingredients

Crust

1 cup hot water

1 Tablespoon sugar

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tsp sea salt

1 pkg yeast

1 1/2 cup oat flour (made my own by running oatmeal through the food processor till it was a bit finer than whole wheat flour)

1 1/2-2 cup flour

Alfredo sauce

Garlic 6-10 cloves pressed or chopped (we decided more would have been better)

saute in 1 T. butter

8 oz block fat free cream cheese

1/4 cup milk

2-3 cups of chopped fresh spinach

1 cup of "Itallian blend" cheese
