Ingredients

    1/4 c Whole Wheat Flour
    1 1/4 c unbleached flour
    1/2 c quick oats
    2 TBLSP bran or toasted wheat germ
    2 TBLSP cornmeal
    1 TBLSP baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 c Applesauce, unsweetened (or 1 med apple peeled/grated)
    1/2 c Raisins
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 c. chopped nuts (I use pecans)
    Baby Carrots, raw, 6 large
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    1/2 c Canola Oil
    1/2 c Honey
    1 c Milk
