2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tsp of raw honey
60g unsweetened whey protein powder
2 large eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Stevia packets
Options:
1/2 cup dried cranberries or blueberries (about 60g)
1/2 cup dried cherries (about 60g)
10 Pitted Dates (about 60g)
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
20 pieces (84g) of 71% cacao or better Dark Chocolate (crushed)
60g of Unsweetened Carob Chips
Also:
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut to sprinkle on top
