2 bunches
kale
1 cup liightly packed basil leaves
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
3 cups baby spinach, cut into thinstrips
3 med tomatoes, cored and roughly chopped
3 med beets, preferably Chioggia
thinly sliced
1 fennel bulb, halved lengthwise, cored and sliced
chopped chervil or other herb for garnish
