Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups green leaf lettuce
1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
1/4 cup fresh arugula leaves
1/4 cup fresh kale
1/4 cup hazelnuts/filberts
1/8 cup radishes, sliced
For dressing (not included in nutritional info), I use a quick homemade olive oil/vinegar mix that I add Dijon mustard and homemade basil pesto to.
