    2 big handfulls of fresh baby spinach
    1/2 cup vegetable broth
    1/4 cup red wine (I used Pinot Noir)
    4 cloves of garlic
    Mrs. Dash, Garlic & Herb blend
    2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
