Ingredients
- 200 grams Soya Flour
600 grams Porridge Oats,
1 cup Granulated Sugar
2 cup Flour, whole grain
3 small Egg, fresh
300 grams Light butter (low cal low fat)
4 tbsp Honey
Vanilla extract
Variations:
Addition of coarsely chopped walnuts, raisins, dry cranberries, semi-sweet chocolate chips, unsweetened cocoa powder, coconut and dry pineapple, ground flaxseed
Substitute honey with unsweetened applesauce and cinnamon,
Partially substitute of the butter with peanut butter
Soya Flour can be substituted with unbleached white flour or whole grain flour
