    8oz Italian turkey sausage, removed from casing or lean ground turkey
    8oz chunky salsa
    1 cup fresh baby spinach, chopped
    1 cup cooked brown rice
    .5 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
    .25 cup low fat plain greek yogurt
