Momo's Power Salad

Ingredients

    0.5 oz pumpkin seeds
    0.5 0z almonds
    2 Tbsp flax seed meal
    2 cups spinach
    0.5 cups broccoli
    8 pods okra
    1 medium carrot
    1//4 cup shredded beet
    2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
    3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp red onion
    garlic

    If you don't like vinegar, use a simple mix of 3 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 Tbsp of Agave nectar, garlic, salt & pepper, a dash of cumin, cinnamon, and paprika. I also like to blend in some parsley and lecithin granules to thicken it.

This Is My Favorite Raw Meal. Talk About Mega Nutrients. I Try To Eat This For Lunch Almost Every Day. Try To Mix It Up A Bit Though. Use Different Greens And Vegetables.
