    3/4 c. vegetable broth
    3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
    3 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
    2 tsp. Sriracha chile-garlic sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 tsp. Asian (dark) sesame oil
    1 (14-oz) container low-fat firm tofu, drained and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1 (16oz) bag stir-fry blend with broccoli, snowpeas, carrots, baby corn cobs, waterchest nuts, red pepers
    1 c. sliced fresh white mushrooms ( about 3 ounces)
    5 scallions, trimmed and cut into 3/4-inch pieces
    3 garlic cloves, minced
