1/2 cup xylitol
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Blend above together
Then add:
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup quinoa flakes
1/4 cup tapioca or arrowroot
2 tablespoons coconut oil
blend
Pour into greased loaf pan lined with parchment
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
