1 packet stevia (or 1 t sugar)
1 T vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves, chopped
3 long hot peppers or red jalapeno chiles, seeded and sliced into 2 inch matchsticks
1 lb - 1.25 lbs ground beef sirloin
1 c loosely packed torn fresh basil leaves
3 limes, wedge for serving
