    1 head green or red Belgian endive, separated into leaves
    1/2 cup seedless green grapes, halved
    2-3 tbsp blanched whole almonds, toasted

    Lemon Dressing:
    6 oz low fat lemon yogurt
    1 tbsp cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tbsp fresh snipped dill weed or 1/4 tsp dried
    1/4 tsp black pepper
