1 red pepper, seeded and sliced into strips (I used roasted red peppers from a jar)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded smoked Gouda (optional)
1/4 cup lowfat sour cream
1 can healthy cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, about 4 ounces each
1/3 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
