    2-4oz. pkg. of Egg Beaters (or 4 eggs)
    1-qt. Soy Milk
    1t Lemon juice
    1/2C Canned pumpkin
    1/4t Ground Cinnamon
    1/8t Ground Ginger
    1/8t Ground Cloves
    20-Pecan halves / coarsely chopped
    (about 1/3 cup before chopping)
