Italian Tomato Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients

    5 chicken quarters-drumsticks and thighs, with skin removed (you can certainly use boneless skinless chicken breast, I just didn't have any)

    1 cup italian dressing (I used regular. If you use light or a different kind, it may alter calories)

    1 whole can of Seasoned diced tomatoes (I uses del monte seasoned with oregano basil and garlic)

    1-2 ounces of grated parmesan cheese

    Sprinkle of oregano, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, and parsley (or seasoning to your choosing)
