    1 apple, cored and cut in chunks
    1/2 pkg of artichoke hearts
    10 large cherry tomatoes
    1 cup chopped green pepper
    1 tsp sea salt
    1 tblsp Herbs de Provence seasoning
    1.5 cups Lundberg brown and wild rice blend
    3 cups water
