2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 Tablespoon blackstrap molassas
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cayenne (or chipotle powder if you have it is better)
