Ingredients

    • 1 cup whey protein powder
    • 1/2 cup oat bran
    • 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
    • 1/4 cup wheat germ
    • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

    • 1/2 cup raisins
    • 1/2 cup dried cherries
    • 1/2 cup dried blueberries (I prefer fresh)
    • 1/2 cup dried apricots

    • 1 1/2 cup plain yogert
    • 1/2 cup unfiltered apple juice or OJ or any juice you like
    • 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
    • 2 large whole eggs, beaten
    • 2/3 cup natural peanut butter
