    3 Cup, chopped Broccoli
    2 Cup Organic Egg whites
    1 whole Onion, chopped
    2 Cup Mushrooms chopped
    16 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original
    1/3 Cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
    1/4 Cup water
    2 Cup, shredded Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    1 Cup nonfat cottage cheese
    1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Description

An Other Yummy Dish I Like To Prepare At The Beginning Of The Week... A Little Higher In Fat And Lower In Fiber Than I Normally Like. You Can Top With Bread Crumbs Instead Of Veggie Balls For Lower Fat. I Often Eat This With A Double Fiber English Muffin.
