* 2 cp apple cider
* 2 tsp caraway seeds, wrapped in cheese cloth
* 1/2 tsp thyme
* 1 cp milk, 1%
* 1/2 cp light cream
* 2 cp grated sharp cheddar
* 1 oz fresh grated parmesan
* 2 tbsp apple brandy
* Sea salt & pepper to taste
