    1/3 cup rolled oats
    1/3 cup oat bran
    2 T raisins
    1 T raw sugar
    1 dash salt
    1/2 t cinnamon
    1 - 1 1/2 cups water

    *1 T flax seed (optional)
    *1/4 c chopped apple
