roasted red peppers, a few pieces to taste
1-2 TBS. margarine
1 TBS. dried basil or to taste
1 TBS. dried oregano or to taste
1 tsp. dried rosemary or to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or to taste
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1/4 tsp. black or ground pepper
1 c. crackers, crushed (can use Ritz, Triscuit, etc.)
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, or to taste
