Ingredients

    2 3-0z white fish fillets (Mahi Mahi, Talapia, Rockfish, etc.)
    2 T fresh dill, chopped fine
    Juice of 1 lemon
    1 T yellow cornmeal
    1 T grated parmesan
    1 T olive oil
    1/2 cup lowfat yogurt
    1 t mustard (your preference)
