Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. 99% Lean Ground Turkey
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/4 cup Egg Substitute
1/2 cup Oats (finely ground in food processor)
1/3 cup Barbecue Sauce (1/4 mixed in, and a glaze on top with the rest)
1/3 cup Onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp. Original Rice Milk (Enriched)
1 Packet of Ketchup
1 tsp. Ground Oregano or Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Mrs Dash, Original
1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
3 "shakes" paprika
fresh mint leaves
Description
We Don't Eat Wheat Or Dairy Products, So I Substituted Ground Oats For The Bread Crumbs, And Rice Milk For The Cow Milk. I Also Added Spinach And Fresh Garlic.
