Ingredients
- -1 egg
-1 egg white
-2 tbsp of skim milk
-1 tsp honey
-4 slices of whole wheat bread, crust removed
-1/2 c of ricotta cheese, part skim (I replaced it with 1/2 c of cool whip, b/c I don't like cheese, and I have already have cool whip in my house...You could also use cool whip lite for even less calories)
-1/2 c raspberries
-1/2 c blackberries
-2 tbsp pure maple syrup
