Ingredients
- 4 cups seeds and nuts: I use some variation of the following depending on what I have/what's on sale,etc. almonds, walnuts, pecans, filberts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds. use whatever you like.
I buy them raw in the bulk section and roast them on a baking sheet for 10-12 minutes at 325 degrees
10 cups thick cut rolled oats (I buy bulk)
2 Tbsp cinnamon
Syrup:
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup honey
1/8 cup blackstrap molasses
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
