The Abs Diet Gonzo Chicken

Ingredients

    2 cups bagged mixed-green salad mix
    1 cup baby spinach leaves
    1/3 cup rinsed garbanzo beans
    1/2 cup diced precooked chicken
    1 tablespoon chopped pecans
    1 sliced green onion
    3 slices avocado (recipe calls for 3, I only use one and the nutrition info on this is for one slice.)
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    1 1/2 teaspoons balsamic or red wine vinegar
    Salt and pepper to taste
