    Dill Pickles, .5 cup, chopped or diced (remove)
    Canned Chicken, 1 can (5 oz) (remove)
    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), .5 cup, diced (remove)
    Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 1 serving (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing, 1 cup (remove)
