    Can of garbanzo beans 19 oz. 540 g
    (chick peas), drained and rinsed
    Diced English cucumber, with peel 1 cup 250 mL
    Medium Roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and 3 3
    diced (about 1 1/3 cups, 325 mL)
    Finely chopped red onion 1/4 cup 60 mL
    Diced green pepper 1/2 cup 125 mL
    Sliced ripe olives 1/4 cup 60 mL

    FETA CHEESE DRESSING
    1% buttermilk 2 tbsp. 30 mL
    Olive oil 1 tsp. 5 mL
    Chopped fresh oregano leaves 2 tsp. 10 mL
    (or 1 tsp., 5 mL, dried)
    Chopped fresh parsley (or 2 tsp., 1 tbsp. 15 mL
    10 mL, flakes)
    Light feta cheese, crumbled 1/2 cup 125 mL
    Freshly ground pepper, sprinkle
    Grated lemon peel (or juice) 1 tsp. 5 mL
    Garlic clove(s), minced (or 1/4 tsp., 1 1
    1 mL, powder)
