    1 T Brummel & Brown, Original Spread w/Yogurt
    3/4 c Whey Low Gold
    2 t Ground Cinnamon
    1/8 t Ground Cloves
    1/8 t salt

    Cinnamon Buns
    5 1/2 T Smart Balance Buttery Spread (divided as
    directed)
    6 T Whey Low Granular
    1/2 t Salt
    2 - 2 1/2 c All-Purpose flour (measure by weight to
    12oz, I got 2 c)
    1 1/4 t Baking Powder
    1/2 t Baking Soda
    1 1/4 c Lowfat Buttermilk

    Glaze
    2 T (1oz) Neufchatel Cheese
    2 T (1oz) Lowfat Buttermilk
    1 c Whey Low Powder
