Ingredients
- 2 bags of baby spinach
2 cups romaine lettuce, cut up
1 cup dandelion, cut up
1 small tomato, cut
6 walnuts, crumbled
6 radishees, sliced
1 pear, cut up
2 cups Alfalfa or Broccoli sprouts
Mix together and serve w/ 1 tsp salad dressing:
1/2 tsp grapeseed oil + 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Eat every 3 hours, and add 3 oz. protein to lunch & dinner.
