    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    *Dole Mixed Fruit, 1 serving (remove)
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .25 cup, unthawed (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove)
    Almonds, 20 almond (remove)
    Kretschmer Wheat Germ (2 Tbsp), .5 serving (remove)
    *Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp., .5 serving (remove)
    Kirkland Frozen Concentrate Orange Juice (1 serving = 2 fl oz, 8 fl oz prepared), 1 oz (remove)
    Ginger Root, 1 slices (1" dia) (remove)
    Honey, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Cranberries, .25 cup, whole
    1-2 cups Water and/or ice as needed to mix and make the desired consistency.
