    3 cups red kale, chopped
    4 tbsp red wine
    2 Tofurky Italian Sausages, cooked and sliced into 1/2" rounds
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp ground sage
    1 tsp ground fennel
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1 tsp dried thyme
    1 tsp dried marjoram
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
