410-g can chickpeas
1 cup lentils, rinsed
3 cups water
1 vegetarian beef bouillon cube
1 red peppers, deseeded and chopped
2 zucchini, trimmed and sliced
½ cup corn kernels
½ cup frozen peas
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 dessertspoonful arrowroot powder or cornstarch
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
