2 cups Chicken stock, home-prepared
1 Chipotle Chile Pepper in Adobo Sauce, seeded and diced
2 tsp. Adobo Sauce (from the above-mentioned Chipotle Chili Peppers)
1/2 tsp. Oregano, flakes
1 tbsp. Pepper, black
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 15 oz can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1 15 oz can Red Kidney Beans
1 15 oz can Chili Beans (Pinto beans)
